HOW TO USE

1. Formula 1 Shake Mix

Prepare 2 scoops (26 g) with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or 250 ml of fortified soya beverage, following the product instructions.

Enjoy as a convenient breakfast meal replacement.

Alternative preparation: Prefer preparing your shake with water? Combine Formula 1 with Protein Drink Mix (PDM) for a creamy, protein-rich shake, following the products’ preparation instructions.

Protein Drink Mix is sold separately and is not included in this kit.

2. Instant Herbal Beverage

Mix ½ teaspoon (approximately 1.7 g) with 200–240 ml of hot or cold water.

Enjoy in the morning or later in the day.

3. Herbal Aloe Concentrate Drink

Shake well before use.

Mix 3 capfuls (15 ml) with 120 ml of water.

Enjoy chilled or over ice for a refreshing drink.
