HOW TO USE

1. Formula 1 Shake Mix

Prepare 2 scoops (26 g) with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or 250 ml of fortified soya beverage, following the product instructions.

Enjoy as a convenient breakfast meal replacement.

Alternative preparation: Prefer to make your Formula 1 shake with water? You can combine Formula 1 with Protein Drink Mix (PDM) for a creamy, protein-rich shake. Follow the products’ preparation instructions. Protein Drink Mix is sold separately and is not included in this kit.

2. Instant Herbal Beverage

Mix ½ teaspoon (approximately 1.7 g) with 200–240 ml of hot or cold water.

Enjoy in the morning or later in the day as part of your regular routine.
